How to Order

To request a transcript of an Ontario court proceeding, please download and complete the official Transcript Order Form.


Once completed, email the form and any supporting documents to: info@verbatranscripts.ca

All transcript requests are processed in accordance with the Administration of Justice Act and Ontario Regulation 94/14 – Fees for Court Transcripts.

Important: Save the form to your computer before filling it out to ensure your information is saved properly.

Complete the Form

Open the saved file in Microsoft Word or another word processor and fill out all required fields, including:

  • Case name and number

  • Court location

  • Dates of proceedings

  • Specific portions requested (if not the full proceeding)

  • Your contact information

Save the completed form using a clear file name (e.g., Transcript Order - R v. Smith - Toronto.docx).

Submit Your Request

Email the completed form and any supporting materials (such as court orders or endorsements) to: info@verbatranscripts.ca

You will receive a confirmation email within 1 business day.

Delivery Options

  • Electronic (PDF): Delivered securely by email

  • Paper Copy: Shipped by courier (additional fees apply)

  • Rush Service: Available upon request
